🍽️ Crunchy Whole Wheat Toast with Feta and Spinach

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole grain toast
- 400 g spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 60 g feta
Instructions
- 1. Place the toast slices in the toaster and toast them until golden brown.
- 2. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 3. Remove any tough stems or wilted leaves from the spinach.
- 4. Dry the spinach, for example using a salad spinner.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Finely chop the garlic.
- 7. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 8. Add the chopped garlic to the hot oil.
- 9. Sauté the garlic briefly until fragrant.
- 10. Add the dry spinach to the pan.
- 11. Toss the spinach briefly until it wilts.
- 12. Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
- 13. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 14. Distribute the warm spinach evenly over the toast slices.
- 15. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands.
- 16. Sprinkle the feta pieces over the spinach on the toast.
- 17. Serve the toast immediately.
