  2. 2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  3. 3. Remove the seeds from the tomato pieces.
  4. 4. Dice the seeded tomatoes into small cubes.
  5. 5. Take the tuna can and drain the liquid.
  6. 6. Add the drained tuna to a bowl.
  7. 7. Add the tomato cubes to the bowl with the tuna.
  8. 8. Add the quark to the bowl.
  9. 9. Mix the tuna, tomatoes, and quark well together.
  10. 10. Add some lemon juice to the mixture.
  11. 11. Season the filling with salt.
  12. 12. Season the filling with pepper.
  13. 13. Taste the filling one last time to adjust seasoning.
  14. 14. Wash the lettuce leaves under running water.
  15. 15. Remove tough stems or wilted green parts from the lettuce.
  16. 16. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
