  2. 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  3. 3. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Slice the strawberries into thin slices.
  5. 5. Rinse the parsley under running water.
  6. 6. Shake the parsley dry.
  7. 7. Roughly chop the parsley leaves.
  8. 8. Rinse the shrimp under running water.
  9. 9. Let the shrimp drain well.
  10. 10. Mix the ricotta with a pinch of salt.
  11. 11. Add some lemon juice to the ricotta.
  12. 12. Season the ricotta cream to taste with salt and lemon juice.
  13. 13. Spread the ricotta cream onto four slices of whole grain bread.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the bread slices with ricotta.
  15. 15. Arrange the strawberry slices on the bread.
  16. 16. Place the shrimp on top of the strawberries.
  17. 17. Place the radish slices on top of the shrimp.
  18. 18. Cover the filled bread slices with the remaining bread slices.
