🍽️ Whole Grain Sandwich with Shrimp and Strawberries

Ingredients
- 4 radishes
- 4 strawberries
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 150 g shrimp (kitchen-ready pre-cooked)
- 150 g ricotta
- salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 8 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes and the strawberries.
- 2. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 3. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 4. Slice the strawberries into thin slices.
- 5. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 6. Shake the parsley dry.
- 7. Roughly chop the parsley leaves.
- 8. Rinse the shrimp under running water.
- 9. Let the shrimp drain well.
- 10. Mix the ricotta with a pinch of salt.
- 11. Add some lemon juice to the ricotta.
- 12. Season the ricotta cream to taste with salt and lemon juice.
- 13. Spread the ricotta cream onto four slices of whole grain bread.
- 14. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the bread slices with ricotta.
- 15. Arrange the strawberry slices on the bread.
- 16. Place the shrimp on top of the strawberries.
- 17. Place the radish slices on top of the shrimp.
- 18. Cover the filled bread slices with the remaining bread slices.
- 19. Serve the sandwich immediately.
