🍽️ Fresh Whole Wheat Noodles Made from Scratch

Ingredients
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 6 tbsp water
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Put flour, eggs, water, and salt into a large bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients using the dough hooks of a hand mixer until a rough dough forms.
- 3. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead it briefly by hand.
- 4. Work the dough until it is smooth and shows a wavy structure when cut through.
- 5. Decide on the preparation method: Either run it through a pasta machine or roll it out by hand.
- 6. If using the machine, cut the dough into strips about 0.5 cm wide using the narrow ribbon noodle attachment.
- 7. Hang the machine-cut noodles over a rod to let them dry.
- 8. If working by hand, roll the dough thin on a lightly floured surface.
- 9. Cut the rolled-out dough into even strips using a knife.
- 10. Gently separate the noodle strips from each other.
- 11. Place the noodles on the cutting board and let them dry in the air.
