  1. 1. Put the oat flakes and the flour into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Pour 600 ml of lukewarm water over them.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture well with a spoon.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl.
  5. 5. Let the dough rest and swell for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  7. 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds.
  9. 9. Add the chopped seeds, sesame, flaxseeds, and salt to the dough.
  10. 10. Mix everything thoroughly.
  11. 11. Spread the dough thinly onto the prepared baking tray.
  12. 12. Bake the bread in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Take the tray out of the oven.
  14. 14. Break the bread into rough pieces or cut it.
  15. 15. Spread the pieces out flat on the tray again.
  16. 16. Bake them for another 40 to 45 minutes.
  17. 17. Remove the tray from the oven.
  18. 18. Let the crackers cool down completely on a wire rack.
