🍽️ Crunchy Whole Grain Crackers

Ingredients
- 200 g fine oat flakes
- 100 g whole grain flour (e.g. wheat)
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 75 g sesame
- 75 g flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Put the oat flakes and the flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Pour 600 ml of lukewarm water over them.
- 3. Stir the mixture well with a spoon.
- 4. Cover the bowl.
- 5. Let the dough rest and swell for about 1 hour.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds.
- 9. Add the chopped seeds, sesame, flaxseeds, and salt to the dough.
- 10. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 11. Spread the dough thinly onto the prepared baking tray.
- 12. Bake the bread in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 13. Take the tray out of the oven.
- 14. Break the bread into rough pieces or cut it.
- 15. Spread the pieces out flat on the tray again.
- 16. Bake them for another 40 to 45 minutes.
- 17. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 18. Let the crackers cool down completely on a wire rack.
