🍽️ Crunchy Whole Grain Crackers

Ingredients
- 200 g fine oat flakes
- 100 g whole grain flour (e.g. wheat)
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 75 g sesame
- 75 g flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Put the oats and flour into a bowl.
- 2. Pour 600 ml of lukewarm water over them.
- 3. Stir the mixture well.
- 4. Cover the bowl.
- 5. Let the dough swell for about 1 hour.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds.
- 9. Add the chopped seeds to the dough.
- 10. Add the sesame seeds.
- 11. Add the flaxseeds.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 14. Spread the mixture thinly onto the prepared baking tray.
- 15. Bake the crackers in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- 16. Take the tray out of the oven.
- 17. Break or cut the crackers into pieces.
- 18. Spread the pieces out flat on the tray again.
- 19. Bake them for another 40 to 45 minutes.
- 20. Remove the crackers from the oven.
- 21. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
