  1. 1. Put the oats and flour into a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour 600 ml of lukewarm water over them.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture well.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl.
  5. 5. Let the dough swell for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  7. 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the sunflower seeds.
  9. 9. Add the chopped seeds to the dough.
  10. 10. Add the sesame seeds.
  11. 11. Add the flaxseeds.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt.
  13. 13. Mix everything thoroughly.
  14. 14. Spread the mixture thinly onto the prepared baking tray.
  15. 15. Bake the crackers in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  16. 16. Take the tray out of the oven.
  17. 17. Break or cut the crackers into pieces.
  18. 18. Spread the pieces out flat on the tray again.
  19. 19. Bake them for another 40 to 45 minutes.
  20. 20. Remove the crackers from the oven.
  21. 21. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
