🍽️ Quark-Onion Spread on Whole Grain Bread

Ingredients
- 150 g Quark (20%)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 red onion
- 1 sprig Oregano
- 4 slices Whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Put the quark into a bowl.
- 2. Add the olive oil.
- 3. Stir the mixture until smooth.
- 4. Season with salt.
- 5. Season with pepper.
- 6. Peel the onion.
- 7. Halve the onion.
- 8. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 9. Wash the oregano.
- 10. Shake the oregano dry.
- 11. Pluck the oregano leaves from the stems.
- 12. Spread the quark mixture onto the bread slices.
- 13. Distribute the onion strips on the bread.
- 14. Sprinkle the oregano on top.
