🍳 Whole Wheat Bread with Omelette and Baked Beans

Ingredients
- 400 g Baked Beans (can)
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 6 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 200 g cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Put the Baked Beans in a pot and heat over medium temperature.
- 2. Meanwhile, wash the parsley, pat dry, chop finely, and mix well with the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Pour in the egg mixture and let it set over medium heat.
- 4. Peel the cucumber, wash it, and slice it thinly. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and then assemble the bread with Baked Beans, omelette, cucumber, and tomato.
