🍽️ Crunchy Whole Grain Bread with Creamy Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Filling

Ingredients
- 75 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- white pepper
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 spring onion (only the green part)
- 2 sprigs dill
Instructions
- 1. Take the cream cheese package and season the contents generously with black pepper.
- 2. Use a butter knife to spread the seasoned cream cheese mixture evenly onto each individual bread slice.
- 3. Take the smoked salmon slices and arrange them neatly on top of the cream cheese-spread breads.
- 4. Hold the spring onions under running cold water to remove any dirt.
- 5. Cut off the tough bottom ends of the spring onions and discard them.
- 6. Slice the clean spring onions into very fine, thin rings or strips.
- 7. Hold the dill sprig under running water to clean it of any soil.
- 8. Shake the dill vigorously to let the excess water drip off.
- 9. Carefully pluck the small dill leaves off the tough stems.
- 10. Sprinkle the freshly cut spring onions and the dill leaves as decoration on top of the topped breads.
