Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 4 whole grain bread slices
- 4 radishes
- 2 spring onions
- 4 chives
Instructions
- 1. Put the cream cheese, yogurt, and lemon juice into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the mixture with a spoon or fork until it is smooth and creamy.
- 3. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
- 4. Carefully slice the whole grain breads horizontally through the middle.
- 5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the inner sides of the bread halves.
- 6. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
- 7. Remove the green stems and the hard root tip from the radishes.
- 8. Slice the radishes as thinly as possible.
- 9. Thoroughly wash the spring onions under running water.
- 10. Trim the tips and root ends of the spring onions.
- 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 12. Rinse the chives briefly under cold water.
- 13. Shake the chives dry so that no water droplets remain on them.
- 14. Cut the chives into small pieces, about one centimeter long.
- 15. Arrange the radish slices decoratively on the breads spread with cream cheese.
- 16. Sprinkle the spring onion rings and chive pieces over the radishes.
- 17. Serve the bread immediately.
