  6. 6. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
  7. 7. Remove the green stems and the hard root tip from the radishes.
  8. 8. Slice the radishes as thinly as possible.
  9. 9. Thoroughly wash the spring onions under running water.
  10. 10. Trim the tips and root ends of the spring onions.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  12. 12. Rinse the chives briefly under cold water.
  13. 13. Shake the chives dry so that no water droplets remain on them.
  14. 14. Cut the chives into small pieces, about one centimeter long.
