🍽️ Whole Grain Bread with Avocado Spread

Ingredients
- 6 green olives (pitted)
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 small tomatoes
- 1 ripe avocado
- 50 g sheep's milk cheese (Feta)
- 2 tsp seed oil
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 2 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Cut the olives into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the garlic.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 5. Cut the avocado open.
- 6. Remove the pit of the avocado.
- 7. Mash the avocado flesh with a fork.
- 8. Crumble the feta into fine crumbs.
- 9. Add the feta to the mashed avocado.
- 10. Add the oil to the avocado mixture.
- 11. Add the thyme to the avocado mixture.
- 12. Add the cut olives to the avocado mixture.
- 13. Press the garlic into the avocado mixture.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt.
- 15. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 16. Mix all ingredients for the spread well.
- 17. Taste the spread.
- 18. Spread the avocado cream on the bread slices.
- 19. Cut the topped bread slices diagonally.
- 20. Top the bread slices with the tomatoes.
