  3. 3. Remove the core with a spoon or a corer.
  4. 4. Cut the apple flesh into very small, fine cubes.
  5. 5. Drizzle the apple cubes with lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
  6. 6. Finely chop the salmon.
  7. 7. Mix the chopped salmon with the diced apples.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Stir the cream cheese and yogurt together in a separate bowl until smooth.
  10. 10. Spread the cream cheese and yogurt mixture evenly over the slices of whole grain bread.
  11. 11. Distribute the apple salmon tartare on top of the spread bread slices.
  12. 12. Garnish the toasts with fresh dill tips.
