🍽️ Crunchy whole grain bread with fresh apple salmon tartare and dill

Ingredients
- 2 tart apples
- lemon juice
- 150 g smoked salmon (in slices)
- white pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- dill tips (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the apples and cut them in half.
- 3. Remove the core with a spoon or a corer.
- 4. Cut the apple flesh into very small, fine cubes.
- 5. Drizzle the apple cubes with lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
- 6. Finely chop the salmon.
- 7. Mix the chopped salmon with the diced apples.
- 8. Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper to taste.
- 9. Stir the cream cheese and yogurt together in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 10. Spread the cream cheese and yogurt mixture evenly over the slices of whole grain bread.
- 11. Distribute the apple salmon tartare on top of the spread bread slices.
- 12. Garnish the toasts with fresh dill tips.
- 13. Serve the dish immediately.
