🍽️ Whole Grain Sandwich

Ingredients
- 3 slices whole wheat bread
- 0.5 apple
- 1 carrot
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2 tbsp walnut kernels
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple and carrot thoroughly, dry them, peel them, and grate them finely using a grater. Combine the grated mixture with walnuts and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Wash the lettuce, spin it dry, and tear the leaves into small pieces. Place the lettuce on two slices of bread, spread the apple-carrot mixture on top, and fold the slices together.
- 3. Place the remaining slices of bread on top and press down gently. Cut the whole grain sandwich diagonally in half and serve.
