  2. 2. Add the eggs, olive oil, and salt to the flour.
  3. 3. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of water.
  4. 4. Use the dough hooks of your hand mixer to mix everything.
  5. 5. Continue kneading until the ingredients combine.
  6. 6. Shape the dough into a ball.
  7. 7. Note that you may need a little more water depending on the size of the eggs.
  8. 8. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface.
  9. 9. Take the dough out of the bowl and place it on the floured surface.
  10. 10. Knead the dough by hand for 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Add a little more flour to the surface if the dough sticks.
  12. 12. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
  13. 13. Wrap each portion of dough individually in plastic wrap.
  14. 14. Place the wrapped dough portions in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
