🍝 Whole Wheat Pasta Dough (Basic Recipe)

Ingredients
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 200 g wheat flour Type 405
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- flour (for working with)
Instructions
- 1. Put the flour into a large bowl.
- 2. Add the eggs, olive oil, and salt to the flour.
- 3. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of water.
- 4. Use the dough hooks of your hand mixer to mix everything.
- 5. Continue kneading until the ingredients combine.
- 6. Shape the dough into a ball.
- 7. Note that you may need a little more water depending on the size of the eggs.
- 8. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface.
- 9. Take the dough out of the bowl and place it on the floured surface.
- 10. Knead the dough by hand for 5 minutes.
- 11. Add a little more flour to the surface if the dough sticks.
- 12. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
- 13. Wrap each portion of dough individually in plastic wrap.
- 14. Place the wrapped dough portions in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 15. Let the dough rest during this time.
