  2. 2. Add flour and salt to a large mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture, yogurt, and oil to the bowl.
  4. 4. Knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer until smooth.
  5. 5. Add a little more lukewarm water or flour if needed to reach the right consistency.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  7. 7. Knead the dough briefly on a lightly floured work surface.
  8. 8. Shape the dough into a large loaf.
  9. 9. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. 10. Score the surface of the bread several times.
  11. 11. Let the loaf rise for another 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  13. 13. Put the bread into the preheated oven.
  14. 14. Bake the bread for 60 to 70 minutes.
  15. 15. Check the doneness by tapping the bottom of the bread.
  16. 16. The bread is done when it sounds hollow.
