🍽️ Crunchy Whole Wheat Yeast Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cube fresh yeast
- 1 kg wheat whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g yogurt
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast in 250 milliliters of lukewarm water.
- 2. Add flour and salt to a large mixing bowl.
- 3. Add the yeast mixture, yogurt, and oil to the bowl.
- 4. Knead everything with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer until smooth.
- 5. Add a little more lukewarm water or flour if needed to reach the right consistency.
- 6. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- 7. Knead the dough briefly on a lightly floured work surface.
- 8. Shape the dough into a large loaf.
- 9. Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 10. Score the surface of the bread several times.
- 11. Let the loaf rise for another 25 minutes.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 13. Put the bread into the preheated oven.
- 14. Bake the bread for 60 to 70 minutes.
- 15. Check the doneness by tapping the bottom of the bread.
- 16. The bread is done when it sounds hollow.
