🍰 Crunchy Whole Wheat Blackberry Fruit Crumble

Ingredients
- 60 g coconut blossom sugar
- 75 g fine whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- salt
- 60 g butter
- 1 fully ripe peach
- 250 g blackberries
- 1 organic orange
Instructions
- 1. Add almost all of the coconut blossom sugar, the flour, the ginger, and a pinch of salt to the food processor.
- 2. Pulse the ingredients briefly with the blade until they are well combined.
- 3. Add the butter in small pieces to the mixture.
- 4. Continue mixing until small, pea-sized crumbs form.
- 5. Thoroughly wash the peaches and remove the pits.
- 6. Cut the peach flesh into coarse cubes.
- 7. Rinse the blackberries under cold water.
- 8. Rinse the orange with hot water and dry it thoroughly.
- 9. Finely grate the thin, orange-colored outer layer of the orange (known as zest).
- 10. Place the cut fruit into a large bowl.
- 11. Add the remaining coconut blossom sugar and the orange zest.
- 12. Mix everything well and let the mixture rest for a short time.
- 13. Fill the fruit mixture into small ovenproof ramekins.
- 14. Distribute the prepared crumbs evenly over the fruit.
- 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius for fan-assisted or Gas Mark 3).
- 16. Bake the crumble for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 17. Dust the finished dessert with a little powdered sugar if desired.
