🥤 Warming Sea Buckthorn-Orange Punch

Ingredients
- 4 oranges (of which 1 unwaxed)
- 200 ml sea buckthorn juice
- 200 ml carrot juice
- 2 star anise
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. Wash the organic orange under hot water and dry it thoroughly.
- 2. Finely grate the outer orange layer of the peel (zest).
- 3. Juice all the oranges.
- 4. Add the orange juice and orange zest to a pot.
- 5. Add the sea buckthorn juice and carrot juice.
- 6. Add the star anise, the crushed cardamom pod, and the cinnamon to the pot.
- 7. Heat the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, but do not let it boil.
- 8. Strain the punch through a sieve to remove the spices and fibers.
- 9. Flavor the punch with maple syrup and liqueur.
- 10. Taste the drink and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve hot.
