  1. 1. Wash the organic orange under hot water and dry it thoroughly.
  2. 2. Finely grate the outer orange layer of the peel (zest).
  3. 3. Juice all the oranges.
  4. 4. Add the orange juice and orange zest to a pot.
  5. 5. Add the sea buckthorn juice and carrot juice.
  6. 6. Add the star anise, the crushed cardamom pod, and the cinnamon to the pot.
  7. 7. Heat the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, but do not let it boil.
  8. 8. Strain the punch through a sieve to remove the spices and fibers.
  9. 9. Flavor the punch with maple syrup and liqueur.
  10. 10. Taste the drink and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve hot.
