Ingredients
- 3 organic limes
- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp beet syrup
- 16 ice cubes
- 3 tbsp fleur de sel
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze two limes and one orange. Slice the remaining lime.
- 2. Add the juices along with the beet syrup to a blender and puree on high speed. Then add about 12 ice cubes and blend briefly so that small ice pieces remain.
- 3. Moisten the rims of the cocktail glasses with a lime slice, then pour salt onto a plate and dip the glasses into it to create a salted rim.
- 4. Pour the margarita into the prepared cocktail glasses and garnish with lime slices. If desired, you can add extra ice cubes to the drink.
