  1. 1. Squeeze two limes and one orange. Slice the remaining lime.
  2. 2. Add the juices along with the beet syrup to a blender and puree on high speed. Then add about 12 ice cubes and blend briefly so that small ice pieces remain.
  3. 3. Moisten the rims of the cocktail glasses with a lime slice, then pour salt onto a plate and dip the glasses into it to create a salted rim.
  4. 4. Pour the margarita into the prepared cocktail glasses and garnish with lime slices. If desired, you can add extra ice cubes to the drink.
