Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 125 ml vegetable broth
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 ml neutral vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Place the garlic, broth, egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar into the blender or a tall cup.
- 3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 4. Slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture while stirring.
- 5. Continue stirring until the dressing becomes slightly thick and creamy.
- 6. Season the vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper.
