🍽️ Fresh Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 50 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- sea salt
- 75 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml sunflower oil (or olive oil)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g. basil and parsley)
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, a pinch of salt, and the broth into a small bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until the sugar has dissolved.
- 3. Slowly pour the oil into the mixture while stirring continuously.
- 4. Gently fold the finely chopped herbs into the vinaigrette.
- 5. Season the sauce to taste with a little more salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 6. Pour the finished vinaigrette into a nice bottle for serving, if desired.
