Ingredients
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 5 tbsp germ oil
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl.
- 2. Whisk the mixture vigorously with a small whisk or fork until well combined.
- 3. Taste the vinaigrette.
- 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
