  3. 3. Cut the chives into small rings.
  4. 4. Wash half of the tomato.
  5. 5. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Crack the egg into a small bowl.
  7. 7. Add the chive rings to the egg.
  8. 8. Add a splash of milk.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with pepper.
  11. 11. Whisk everything well with a fork.
  12. 12. Heat some oil in a small non-stick pan.
  13. 13. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
  14. 14. Cook the egg over medium heat.
  15. 15. Push the egg towards the center repeatedly until it sets.
  16. 16. Let the scrambled eggs cool down briefly.
  17. 17. Slice the bun in half.
  18. 18. Hollow out the bottom half of the bun slightly.
  19. 19. Fill the hollowed bun half with the scrambled eggs.
  20. 20. Place the tomato slices on top of the scrambled eggs.
  21. 21. Cover the bun with the top half.
  22. 22. Wrap the finished bun tightly in cling film.
  23. 23. Alternatively, you can wrap it in aluminum foil.
