🍽️ Triple-Seasoned Cream Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 450 g Feta
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
- 75 g freshly grated white bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp coarse pepper
- 25 g chive rings
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Mix cream cheese, cream, mustard, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- 2. Lightly wet your hands with water to prevent sticking.
- 3. Shape the mixture into about 30 small, equal-sized balls.
- 4. Divide the balls into three equal portions.
- 5. Roll the first portion in ground black pepper.
- 6. Roll the second portion in fine chive rings.
- 7. Roll the third portion in paprika powder.
- 8. Arrange the finished balls on a serving platter.
- 9. Keep the platter in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
