Ingredients
- 1 Lemon wedge
- Powdered sugar
- 40 ml Galliano
- Coffee
- Whipping cream
- 30 ml Brandy
- Sugar
- 1 Espresso
Instructions
- 1. Put one tablespoon of powdered sugar and a splash of lemon juice into a small pan.
- 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the sugar caramelizes.
- 3. Dip the rim of a wine glass briefly into the liquid caramel.
- 4. Fill the glass three-quarters full with warm coffee.
- 5. Add the liqueur and stir everything well.
- 6. Decorate the drink with cream that you have whipped only lightly.
- 7. Put brandy and two teaspoons of sugar into an espresso cup.
- 8. Stir the ingredients in the cup well.
- 9. Fill the cup with freshly brewed espresso.
- 10. Serve the coffee immediately.
