  3. 3. Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press, and mix with salt and lemon juice. Then stir in the oil drop by drop first, and then in a thin stream. (like making mayonnaise)
  4. 4. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Whisk the marinade ingredients together and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes. Then thread the meat onto skewers and grill over high heat for about 8 minutes on all sides.
  5. 5. Cut the meat into small cubes. Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the lamb for 30 minutes. Then thread the pieces alternately with lemon pieces onto skewers and grill over high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes on all sides.
  6. 6. Knead all ingredients into a minced meat dough, form 8 long sausages, thread them onto skewers, and grill for about 8 minutes on all sides.
  7. 7. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes, then drain and let them drip dry.
  8. 8. Wash the snow peas, prepare them, and cook in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Drain, shock in cold water, and let them drip dry.
  9. 9. Mix all dressing ingredients well. Halve the potatoes if necessary and mix with the snow peas and the dressing. Arrange in a bowl.
