  1. 1. Squeeze the pomelos. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water and add the pomelo juice as well as 1 tbsp Tequila.
  2. 2. Place the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer. Let it freeze for 4 hours and stir well every hour.
  3. 3. Squeeze the clementines. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water and add the clementine juice, lemon juice as well as 1 tbsp Tequila. Let it freeze as described above.
  4. 4. Squeeze the pomelos. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml lukewarm water and add the pomelo juice as well as 1 tbsp Tequila. Again, let it freeze as described above.
  5. 5. The granité can be served in the hollowed-out citrus shells if desired (chill these in the freezer beforehand).
