🍳 Fresh Fruit Lassis in Five Varieties

Ingredients
- 300 g whole milk yogurt
- 500 ml water
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar (not for avocado lassi)
- 1 ripe mango
- 100 g ripe strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe papaya
- 100 g mixed forest berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe avocado
- pepper (from the mill)
- salt
- chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and remove the pit.
- 2. Cut the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Place the mango cubes, yogurt, water, lemon juice, and sugar into a blender.
- 4. Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
- 5. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve it ice-cold.
- 6. Wash the strawberries thoroughly or let them thaw if they are frozen.
- 7. Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.
- 8. Place the halved strawberries, yogurt, water, lemon juice, and sugar into the blender.
- 9. Blend the ingredients until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- 10. Serve the strawberry lassi chilled.
- 11. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
- 12. Cut the papaya flesh into cubes.
- 13. Place the papaya cubes, yogurt, water, lemon juice, and sugar into the blender.
- 14. Puree everything into a fine smoothie.
- 15. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve it cold.
- 16. Wash the mixed berries or let them thaw.
- 17. Place the berries, yogurt, water, lemon juice, and sugar into the blender.
- 18. Blend the ingredients until they are completely pureed.
- 19. Serve the berry lassi chilled.
- 20. Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
- 21. Cut the avocado flesh into cubes.
- 22. Place the avocado cubes, yogurt, water, and lemon juice into the blender.
- 23. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
- 24. Season the lassi with a pinch of salt, some pepper, and a hint of chili.
- 25. Serve the avocado lassi cold.
