Ingredients
- 450 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 75 g freshly grated white bread crumbs
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 40 g chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 40 g chopped walnut kernels
Instructions
- 1. Mix the cream cheese well with the mustard, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, then form about 30 small balls.
- 2. Roll one quarter of the balls in chopped pistachios, another quarter in chopped parsley and chive rings, and the last quarter in crushed walnuts.
- 3. Serve in paper cups if desired and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
