Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chive rings
- 250 g quark (40% fat)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- pepper
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g whipping cream
- 0.5 packet saffron threads
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tomatoes (seeded and diced)

- 300 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest (organic lemon)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- 1. For the chive-lemon sauce, mix the ingredients thoroughly and season to taste. For the saffron sauce, dissolve the saffron threads in 1 tbsp hot water.
- 2. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the cream cheese with the saffron. Then fold in the cream and the tomatoes. Season with chili, salt, and pepper and serve. You can serve boiled or raw artichokes with it.
