Ingredients
- 4 ice cubes
- 20 ml kirsch
- 40 ml dry vermouth
- 0.5 tsp rose syrup (or sugar syrup)
- 4 drops rose water (pharmacy)
- 1 small red rosé wine (unsweetened)
Instructions
- 1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes and add kirsch, vermouth, syrup, and rose water.
- 2. Stir the mixture briefly and strain it through a sieve into a cocktail glass. Rinse the rose briefly with cold water, shake it dry, and place it in the glass.
