  2. 2. Add 75 g of oats, salt, curry powder, flour, and 1 tablespoon of oil to the hot milk.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture well.
  4. 4. Remove the pot from the heat.
  5. 5. Let the oat mixture swell for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the salad thoroughly.
  7. 7. Spin the salad dry.
  8. 8. Tear the salad into small pieces.
  9. 9. Wash the cucumber.
  10. 10. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
  11. 11. Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices.
  12. 12. Mix the yogurt with the mustard.
  13. 13. Add the honey and lemon juice to the yogurt mixture.
  14. 14. Season the sauce with a little salt.
  15. 15. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed.
  16. 16. Set the finished sauce aside.
  17. 17. Chop the pumpkin seeds finely.
  18. 18. Peel the carrots.
  19. 19. Grate the carrots finely.
  20. 20. Mix the chopped pumpkin seeds and grated carrots with the quark.

  34. 34. Place cucumber slices on top.
  35. 35. Drizzle the remaining yogurt sauce over it.
  36. 36. Place the top half of the bun on.
  37. 37. Secure the burger with a toothpick.
  38. 38. Serve the burger.
