  4. 4. Lightly dust the yeast with flour.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise covered for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil.
  7. 7. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  8. 8. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Knead the dough once more briefly.
  10. 10. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
  11. 11. Roll the pieces out on a floured surface into small pizzas.
  12. 12. Place the pizzas on trays lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Spread the pizzas with pizza tomatoes.
  14. 14. Salt and pepper the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the pizzas with garlic.
  16. 16. Blanch the spinach briefly in boiling water.
  17. 17. Let the spinach drain.
  18. 18. Squeeze the spinach slightly to remove excess liquid.
  19. 19. Slice the mozzarella.
  20. 20. Distribute the mozzarella and grated cheese on the pizzas.
  21. 21. Tear the spinach apart and place it on the pizzas.
