  8. 8. Fry the zucchini slices over high heat for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  9. 9. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Clean the mushrooms.
  11. 11. Cut off the bottom ends of the stems.
  12. 12. Slice the mushroom caps into thin slices.
  13. 13. Wash the tomato.
  14. 14. Cut out the stem area of the tomato in a wedge shape.
