Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 1 bunch radishes
- 60 g ripe Camembert
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 whole grain rolls
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 1 tomato
- 4 slices whole grain crispbread
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- pepper (from the mill)
- sea salt
- 80 g Emmental
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the chives dry.
- 3. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 4. Clean the radishes.
- 5. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
- 6. Mash the Camembert cheese with a fork.
- 7. Mash the butter with a fork.
- 8. Mix the mashed Camembert and butter together.
- 9. Set aside the chive rings.
- 10. Slice the rolls horizontally.
- 11. Spread the cheese mixture evenly onto the rolls.
- 12. Top the rolls with the radish slices.
- 13. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 14. Spin the lettuce leaves dry.
- 15. Cut the lettuce leaves into strips.
- 16. Wash the chives again.
- 17. Shake the chives dry.
- 18. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 19. Spread sour cream onto the crispbread slices.
- 20. Season the sour cream with pepper.
- 21. Season the sour cream with salt.
- 22. Top the crispbread with the lettuce strips.
- 23. Top the crispbread with tomato slices.
- 24. Top the crispbread with Emmental cheese.
- 25. Sprinkle the chive rings on top.
