🍰 Vegan Vanilla Crescent Cookie Dessert with Orange

Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod
- 400 g silken tofu
- 2 tbsp brown almond butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp date syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g unpeeled almond kernels
- 2 oranges
Instructions
- 1. Cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the seeds from the pod.
- 3. Place silken tofu, almond butter, almond flour, syrup, vanilla seeds, and salt into a blender.
- 4. Blend the mixture until a smooth cream forms.
- 5. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat over medium heat until fragrant.
- 6. Let the almonds cool down.
- 7. Grind 150 grams of the cooled almonds in a powerful blender.
- 8. Stir the ground almonds into the vanilla cream.
- 9. Roughly chop the remaining almonds.
- 10. Peel the oranges.
- 11. Cut eight slices out of one orange.
- 12. Set the orange slices aside.
- 13. Finely dice the remaining orange flesh.
- 14. Layer the cream, orange cubes, and roasted almonds alternately in glasses.
- 15. Finish the layers with a touch of cream.
- 16. Garnish the desserts with the orange slices and chopped almonds.
- 17. Serve the dessert.
