  3. 3. Thinly slice off the green peel from the lime.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  5. 5. Put the sugar into a pot.
  6. 6. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
  7. 7. Add the sliced vanilla pod to the sugar.
  8. 8. Add the lime peel to the sugar.
  9. 9. Pour 100 milliliters of water into the pot.
  10. 10. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  11. 11. Let the mixture bubble and cook for a few minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the pot from the heat source.
  13. 13. Let the mixture cool down completely.
  14. 14. Peel the avocado.
  15. 15. Cut the avocado in half.
  16. 16. Remove the pit from the avocado.
  17. 17. Put the avocado flesh into a blender.
  18. 18. Puree the flesh finely in the blender.
  19. 19. Pour the cooled syrup through a sieve.
  20. 20. Add the coconut cream to the avocado mixture.
  21. 21. Finely chop the cilantro leaves.
  22. 22. Add the chopped cilantro to the mixture.
  23. 23. Blend everything together until the mixture is creamy.
  24. 24. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
  25. 25. Let the ice cream finish freezing in the machine.
  26. 26. Shape the ice cream into balls.
  27. 27. Serve the ice cream balls on plates.
