🍰 Creamy Avocado and Lime Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 unpeeled lime
- 80 g brown sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 avocados
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 1 handful cilantro leaves

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 2. Dry the lime with a cloth.
- 3. Thinly slice off the green peel from the lime.
- 4. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 5. Put the sugar into a pot.
- 6. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 7. Add the sliced vanilla pod to the sugar.
- 8. Add the lime peel to the sugar.
- 9. Pour 100 milliliters of water into the pot.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 11. Let the mixture bubble and cook for a few minutes.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat source.
- 13. Let the mixture cool down completely.
- 14. Peel the avocado.
- 15. Cut the avocado in half.
- 16. Remove the pit from the avocado.
- 17. Put the avocado flesh into a blender.
- 18. Puree the flesh finely in the blender.
- 19. Pour the cooled syrup through a sieve.
- 20. Add the coconut cream to the avocado mixture.
- 21. Finely chop the cilantro leaves.
- 22. Add the chopped cilantro to the mixture.
- 23. Blend everything together until the mixture is creamy.
- 24. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- 25. Let the ice cream finish freezing in the machine.
- 26. Shape the ice cream into balls.
- 27. Serve the ice cream balls on plates.
- 28. Garnish the ice cream with fresh cilantro leaves if desired.
- 29. Garnish the ice cream with thin lime slices if desired.
