  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat.
  7. 7. Stir the chopped walnuts into the vegetable mixture.
  8. 8. Mix chickpea flour with four tablespoons of water.
  9. 9. Crush the oat flakes in a stand mixer.
  10. 10. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  11. 11. Chop the parsley.
  12. 12. Add the chickpea flour mixture, oat flakes, and parsley to the mushroom mixture.
  13. 13. Knead all ingredients together thoroughly.
  14. 14. If necessary, add a little more chickpea flour.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
