  8. 8. Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes until soft.
  9. 9. Wait until the ingredients lose their color.
  10. 10. Transfer everything into a blender.
  11. 11. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  12. 12. Season with salt and horseradish.
  13. 13. Let the spread cool down.
  14. 14. Wash the remaining apple.
  15. 15. Cut the apple into cubes.
  16. 16. Drizzle the apple cubes with lemon juice.
  17. 17. Spread the mixture onto the bread slices.
  18. 18. Top the bread slices with the apple cubes.
  19. 19. Garnish with parsley.
  20. 20. Serve the bread.
