Ingredients
- 300 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 100 ml hot espresso
Instructions
- 1. Pour the soy milk into a pot.
- 2. Add the sugar.
- 3. Heat the milk slowly.
- 4. Froth the warm milk using a milk frother.
- 5. Pour the frothed milk into two tall glasses.
- 6. Take the espresso.
- 7. Carefully pour half of the espresso along the rim of the first glass.
- 8. Pour the remaining half of the espresso along the rim of the second glass.
- 9. Serve the latte macchiato immediately.
