  6. 6. Pour in the sparkling water.
  7. 7. Stir vigorously until a smooth and even batter forms.
  8. 8. Wash the strawberries under cold water.
  9. 9. Remove the green stems and leaves.
  10. 10. Cut the strawberries into four equal pieces.
