  5. 5. Stir the mixture occasionally during the resting time.
  6. 6. Melt the coconut oil in a pot.
  7. 7. Put the oat flour in a large bowl.
  8. 8. Add the almonds to the bowl.
  9. 9. Add the date sugar to the bowl.
  10. 10. Add the melted coconut oil to the bowl.
  11. 11. Add the vanilla to the bowl.
  12. 12. Add the lemon zest to the bowl.
  13. 13. Add the almond milk to the bowl.
  14. 14. Knead the ingredients into a dough.
  15. 15. Dust the work surface with flour.
  16. 16. Roll out the dough on the work surface.
  17. 17. Cut out round cookies from the dough.
  18. 18. Cut out heart shapes from the dough.
  19. 19. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  20. 20. Preheat the oven.
  21. 21. Bake the cookies at 175 °C conventional heat.
  22. 22. Bake the cookies at 155 °C fan-forced heat.
  23. 23. Bake the cookies at gas mark 2 to 3.
  24. 24. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
  25. 25. Take the cookies out of the oven.
  26. 26. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
  27. 27. Put a small teaspoon of jam on one cookie.
  28. 28. Place another cookie without jam on top.
  29. 29. Gently press the cookies together.
  30. 30. Repeat this with all the cookies.
  31. 31. Use up all the jam.
