Ingredients
- 200 g dried dates
- 100 g ground almonds
- 50 g fine oat flakes
- 75 g cracked flaxseeds
- 25 g almond butter
- 4 tbsp coconut flakes (15 g each; or other toppings like chopped pistachios or nuts)
Instructions
- 1. Place dates, almonds, oats, flaxseeds, and almond butter in a high-performance blender or food processor and blend until a coarse dough forms.
- 2. Shape the mixture into 20 vegan energy balls with your hands and then roll them in coconut flakes (or other toppings).
