  2. 2. Add the ketchup.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture with a spoon until it is completely smooth and homogeneous.
  4. 4. Add the grated horseradish to the bowl.
  5. 5. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  6. 6. Pour in a splash of soy drink (unsweetened soy milk).
  7. 7. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Add a few drops of soy sauce.
  9. 9. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper (hot paprika powder) over it.
  10. 10. Mix everything well again until the spices are evenly distributed.
