🥤 Vegan Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients
- 100 g vegan mayonnaise
- 50 g ketchup
- 0.5 tsp horseradish (jar)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy drink (soy milk)
- salt
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Place the vegan mayonnaise into a small bowl.
- 2. Add the ketchup.
- 3. Stir the mixture with a spoon until it is completely smooth and homogeneous.
- 4. Add the grated horseradish to the bowl.
- 5. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
- 6. Pour in a splash of soy drink (unsweetened soy milk).
- 7. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt.
- 8. Add a few drops of soy sauce.
- 9. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper (hot paprika powder) over it.
- 10. Mix everything well again until the spices are evenly distributed.
