  1. 1. Chop the chocolate roughly and mix it together with the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chunks, and sugar in a bowl. Then add the oils and the vanilla extract and stir everything well. Use a spoon to place small portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (convection 180 °C; gas mark 3–4) for 20 minutes. The vegan chocolate cookies taste best fresh and warm.
