🍰 Vegan Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 70 g vegan dark chocolate
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 50 g vegan dark chocolate chunks (for baking)
- 70 g raw cane sugar
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 50 ml peanut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate roughly and mix it together with the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chunks, and sugar in a bowl. Then add the oils and the vanilla extract and stir everything well. Use a spoon to place small portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (convection 180 °C; gas mark 3–4) for 20 minutes. The vegan chocolate cookies taste best fresh and warm.
