  1. 1. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  2. 2. Melt the chocolate pieces together with the margarine over a hot water bath or in short intervals in the microwave.
  3. 3. Stir the almond butter into the melted chocolate and margarine mixture.
  4. 4. Take a separate bowl and add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and white sugar.
  5. 5. Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl well together.
  6. 6. Pour the chocolate and almond butter mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  7. 7. Stir the soy drink and silken tofu into the batter.
  8. 8. Chop the macadamia nuts coarsely.
  9. 9. Gently fold the chopped nuts into the finished batter.
  10. 10. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
  11. 11. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees with fan or gas mark 3).
  13. 13. Bake the brownies in the oven for 30 minutes.
  14. 14. Take the brownies out of the oven.
  15. 15. Let the brownies cool down completely.
  16. 16. Cut the cooled brownies into pieces.
  17. 17. Serve the brownies.
