🍰 Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 150 g Margarine
- 75 dark chocolate (vegan)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 175 g spelt flour Type 1050
- 50 g raw cane sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g brown raw cane sugar
- 75 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 300 g silken tofu
- 80 g macadamia nuts
Instructions
- 1. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Melt the chocolate pieces together with the margarine over a hot water bath or in short intervals in the microwave.
- 3. Stir the almond butter into the melted chocolate and margarine mixture.
- 4. Take a separate bowl and add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and white sugar.
- 5. Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 6. Pour the chocolate and almond butter mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- 7. Stir the soy drink and silken tofu into the batter.
- 8. Chop the macadamia nuts coarsely.
- 9. Gently fold the chopped nuts into the finished batter.
- 10. Line a baking pan with baking paper.
- 11. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees with fan or gas mark 3).
- 13. Bake the brownies in the oven for 30 minutes.
- 14. Take the brownies out of the oven.
- 15. Let the brownies cool down completely.
- 16. Cut the cooled brownies into pieces.
- 17. Serve the brownies.
