🍽️ Homemade Herb and Chili Oils

Ingredients
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 200 ml grape seed oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 300 ml cold-pressed olive oil
- 10 small red chili peppers (fresh or dried)
- 300 ml olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 200 ml cold-pressed rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the fresh herbs or chili peppers under running water.
- 2. Dry the herbs or chilies completely with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Let the ingredients air-dry until no moisture remains.
- 4. Place the dried herbs or chili peppers into a clean bottle.
- 5. Heat half of the required oil amount in a saucepan.
- 6. Pour the remaining cold oil into the bottle with the heated oil.
- 7. Seal the bottle tightly and store it in a dark place.
- 8. Let the oils infuse for at least one to two weeks before using them.
