  1. 1. Take three tablespoons of the milk and put them in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Add the cornstarch to the bowl with the milk.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture with a whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
  4. 4. Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise with a sharp knife.
  5. 5. Scrape the vanilla seeds out of the pod.
  6. 6. Put the vanilla seeds, coconut blossom sugar, and the remaining milk into a small saucepan.
  7. 7. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly with a whisk until it boils.
  8. 8. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  9. 9. Stir the prepared cornstarch mixture into the hot milk.
  10. 10. Place the saucepan back on the stove and bring the sauce to a boil again while stirring.
  11. 11. Pour the finished sauce into a bowl.
  12. 12. Stir the soy cream into the vanilla sauce.
  13. 13. Separate the egg so that you have the yolk and the white separately.
  14. 14. Stir the egg yolk into the vanilla sauce.
  15. 15. Use the egg white for another purpose.
  16. 16. Let the sauce cool down for about 40 minutes.
