🍰 Creamy Vanilla Quark with Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients
- 100 g strawberries
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp milk (3.5% fat)
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 1 tsp whole cane sugar
- 1 tbsp almond kernels
Instructions
- 1. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 2. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 3. Gently dry the strawberries with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Place the low-fat quark (a type of fresh cheese) into a bowl.
- 6. Add the yogurt to the bowl.
- 7. Pour in the milk.
- 8. Sprinkle the vanilla powder over the mixture.
- 9. Add the sugar.
- 10. Whisk everything with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 11. Set aside three-quarters of the cut strawberries.
- 12. Gently fold the remaining strawberries into the quark mixture.
- 13. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife.
- 14. Place the vanilla quark onto a plate.
- 15. Top the dish with the reserved strawberries.
- 16. Sprinkle the chopped almonds over the top.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
