🍽️ Vanilla Pudding with Chocolate Shavings

Ingredients
- 250 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
- 25 g cornstarch (2.5 tbsp)
- 0.5 small vanilla pod
- 1 tbsp honey
- 10 g dark chocolate chips (1.5 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Take 50 milliliters of milk and put it in a screw-top jar.
- 2. Add the starch to the jar.
- 3. Close the container and shake it vigorously.
- 4. Keep shaking until there are no more lumps.
- 5. Rinse a small pot with cold water.
- 6. Slice the half vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 7. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
- 8. Put the remaining milk, the vanilla pod, and the seeds into the pot.
- 9. Heat the milk over low heat.
- 10. Bring the milk to a boil.
- 11. Stir the starch mixture into the hot milk with a whisk.
- 12. Let the pudding boil for one minute while stirring constantly.
- 13. Stir in the honey.
- 14. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 15. Let the pudding cool down briefly.
- 16. Remove the vanilla pod from the pudding.
- 17. Quickly mix the chocolate shavings into the lukewarm pudding with a whisk.
- 18. Fill the pudding into small bowls.
- 19. Serve the pudding immediately or let it cool and refrigerate it.
