  3. 3. Close the container and shake it vigorously.
  4. 4. Keep shaking until there are no more lumps.
  5. 5. Rinse a small pot with cold water.
  6. 6. Slice the half vanilla pod lengthwise.
  7. 7. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
  8. 8. Put the remaining milk, the vanilla pod, and the seeds into the pot.
  9. 9. Heat the milk over low heat.
  10. 10. Bring the milk to a boil.
  11. 11. Stir the starch mixture into the hot milk with a whisk.
  12. 12. Let the pudding boil for one minute while stirring constantly.
  13. 13. Stir in the honey.
  14. 14. Remove the pot from the heat.
  15. 15. Let the pudding cool down briefly.
  16. 16. Remove the vanilla pod from the pudding.
  17. 17. Quickly mix the chocolate shavings into the lukewarm pudding with a whisk.
