  1. 1. Peel the oranges completely with a sharp knife.
  2. 2. Remove all white pith from the fruit.
  3. 3. Carefully cut out the orange segments between the membranes.
  4. 4. Catch the released orange juice in a bowl.
  5. 5. Peel the bananas.
  6. 6. Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
  7. 7. Open the pomegranate.
  8. 8. Extract the seeds from the shell.
  9. 9. Add the orange segments, banana slices, and pomegranate seeds to the bowl with the juice.
  10. 10. Add two tablespoons of honey to the fruits.
  11. 11. Add the orange liqueur.
  12. 12. Mix everything well together.
  13. 13. Let the fruit salad marinate for a short while.
  14. 14. Set aside two tablespoons of the milk.
  15. 15. Add the vanilla seeds, the remaining milk, and the rest of the honey into a pot.
  16. 16. Heat the mixture until it boils.
  17. 17. Whisk the starch with the two tablespoons of cold milk.
  18. 18. Mix the starch-milk mixture with the egg yolk.
  19. 19. Add this egg yolk mixture to the boiling vanilla milk.
  20. 20. Let the pudding mixture boil again.
  21. 21. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
  22. 22. Pour the hot pudding mixture into small molds.
  23. 23. Let the pudding cool down in the molds.
  24. 24. Unmold the chilled pudding onto plates.
  25. 25. Add the fruit salad.
  26. 26. Garnish the dish with fresh mint.
